Issue Description:
A customer who updated to 2.1.19 to get the new MWC fixes found that we were not sending the Update message to the PSAP with the proper Incident number. This causes the PSAP to reject that message. This turns out to be a change working on the AMBV GMS project where we had to check for this incident number. We were checking for the wrong variable.
Solution:
Fixed this so that we check the right variable. The simulator we use for testing does not show this value and does not reject like the real PSAP. We have added a work item to do that, so we don't have this problem again.
Apply Fix:
- Replace the FEP files with the attached ones.
It is a good idea to do a backup beforehand..
