When you create an invoice, that invoice can have the branch altered depending on the type of invoice. A job or cycle invoice can’t have the branch altered from the moment of creation. A Service invoice and a Miscellaneous invoice can have the branch altered. However, the service invoice loses the ability to change the branch once printed.
Once the service invoice is in this status, it can no longer be changed from the front end and would require being credited off and recreated to address the issue. A miscellaneous invoice can always be changed.
