Professional Services Manitou SystemWeb Client Access
Credentials:
- Submit a case to the Infrastructure team for credentials.
Notes:
Individual users can be set up by logging into the server to access Supervisor Workstation. Also, it should be noted that the debug option is set to True which allows anyone to login using the web client without a workstation ID being assigned. This keeps it very simple and straightforward.
If server access is required, please contact the Infrastructure queue to have access granted.
Professional Services SedonaOffice SystemWeb Access
DUO MFA is required to access the server.
Credentials:
- Use your SedonaASP domain credentials
- If you do not have SedonaASP credentials, please enter a Salesforce ticket requesting access through the Infrastructure queue.
- Sedona users can be set up on an individual basis.
