Steps to fix-
In IIS, right-click Docusign site and select Explore.
Right-click on the Views folder and select the Security tab
Verify USERS group is in list. If not navigate to directory inetpub>wwwroot>Right click on DocuSignSPA folder and select security tab, add USERS group, and give the following permissions
- Read & Execute
- List folder contents
- Read
