Description of Issue:
The following error will occur when opening up a camera device in the VCC - the devices will still load in the background, but as soon as the error is acknowledged, the VCC will shut down.
Details: The component 'VideoControlCenter.InheritedContract.RelayControlToggleSidebarView' does not have a resource identified by the URI '/VideoControlCenter.InheritedContract;component/view/releaycontroltogglesidebarview.xaml'.
Fixes:
Uninstall all VCC and all VCC drivers. Delete the VCC folder that is in the Manitou directory. Reinstall the VCC base and all drivers required.
