Sandbox Cleanup

Sandbox Cleanup-

Access your SQL server and log into SQL Server Management Studio.

Expand Databases, locate the SedonaMaster database, and expand its tree. Expand Tables, and right-click on the Company table then choose 'Edit Top 200 Rows'.

This table is the company list that users get to select from when logging into SedonaOffice.

The CompanyName column is what the company is named in the list, but is not the actual database name.

View the DataSource column. These are the actual database names associated with the company. Make a quick list of the databases you no longer need from this table.

In this company table, select the rows for the sandboxes you no longer want, and press delete on the keyboard to erase them.

Machine generated alternative text: fCompanyld CompanyName Address Phonel Phone2 Federalid Connection... Computer. DataSource 6 Master Setup Standard 999 Maple St 9994441111 Provider=S... MARKSLAP... MasterSetupStanda... I 7 SedonaSecurity 999 Maple St 9994441111 Provider=S... MARKSLAP... SedonaSecurity * I NULL NULL NULL NULL NULL NULL NULL NULL

Once you have deleted the company row for the sandboxes you no longer want, look back under Databases in the left pane and just select and right-click and choose to delete the sandbox databases themselves. This removes the actual database.

That’s it!
