Options
If a customer wants a dedicated receiver there are 3 options.
1) They need to rename their accounts (if the reason for needing a dedicated receiver is to avoid duplicate account numbers)
>The Infrastructure Team can provide specific guidance for the customer on a range that they can use
2) The customer can send their receiver for Bold to host
>The customer will need to obtain a spare from their supplier
>The customer will need to ship their backup to 1 Data Center
>Once the hosted receiver has failed over, the customer will need to ship their primary to the other Data Center
3) The customer can keep thier receiver on prem for a hybrid approach
>If the customer do not want to ship a specific receiver, the can keep the receiver on prem
4) The customer can purchase Virtual licenses for Bold to host (see Dedicated Receiver - Process)
There are two elements to the process. The first is for the customer to purchase from Radionics, Bosch 6800 licenses based on the number of accounts (A and B below). The second is for Sales to provide the customer with a quote for one time setup and hosting fees.
A) Purchase directly from Radionics, one of the 4 receivers listed below
>B6800-SR F.01U.401.727 CONETTIX Software receiver, 500 Acct
>B6800-LIC-500 F.01U.401.728 CONETTIX License for software receiver, 500
>B6800-LIC-2500 F.01U.401.729 CONETTIX License for software receiver, 2500
>B6800-LIC-10000 F.01U.401.730 CONETTIX License for software receiver, 10000
B) If the customer would like redundancy or are considered commercial and fire, they will need to purchase a failover license in addition to the receiver license above.
>B6800-FS 1 F.01U.415.597 CONETTIX B6800 Failover License
Once the customer pay ther one time setup and hosting fees, Bold will purchase a dedicated hardware server for each license.
