Please follow the instructions below to generate a license file to send to the BoldGroup, so we may update your license. If there are any questions, submit a Support ticket.
Generating the License Request
- Open the licensing client. This is generally on the first server that was installed.
- Open the Bold License Client.

- Right-click on the desired machine in the list and select "Manual License Request".

- Select Save to file and then select the ellipsis (...).

- This will bring up a context window to save the file to your PC.
- Please label the license file the name of the machine.
- Repeat steps 2 through 7 for all intended machines requiring a new license.
- Now that the license files are generated, please zip the license files and email to Bold Support at support@boldgroup.com
Applying the License Response
Please follow the instructions below to update the license file the BoldGroup sent you, to update your license.
- If not already open, please open the Bold License Client.
- Navigate to Manual License Update (File ? Manual License Update...).

- Once selected, a window will appear to specify the license.
- Select the ellipsis (...) next to the File Name.
- Open the license response file sent by Bold Support.
- Verify the Machine Name is correct and select OK.

- Once complete a message stating the license has been successfully applied will be generated.
- Repeat steps 2 through 6 for all response files returned from Bold Support.
