Items are only exported from SedonaOffice into QuoteWerks via an ‘export to QW’ button. QuoteWerks does not push these items or new items into SedonaOffice, but rather just references what is accessible from the export to QuoteWerks so that SedonaOffice knows which items to use. If you were to create a new item in QuoteWerks and push a quote with that item back into SedonaOffice, I believe you would run into issues/errors.
