No email sent, but event triggered, no error = check that email account for sending. 

Email issues = check with customer that the email set up does not have expired password. 


Clear pending through administrator module, files>database tools>remove pending

Invoice ID 1 = default, no invoice made for that payment 

Business name on customer_bill = bill to, can have multiple, might mess with Sync events if used as the name 

Customer name will fix above.
