Dashboard Collector Setup Instructions
This article is to help with the installation of the Collector Server used with Manitou NEO’s Dashboard.
The following is a list of prerequisites for installing the Collector for the Manitou Dashboard UL Compliance data.
Hardware
- Recommended to have a separate drive for the Collector database. This database produces a lot of data and can get very large quickly.
Installation
The steps below will go through the installation of the Collector Database and the Collector Service.
Collector Database Installation
- Right click the CollectorDB_setup.exe and click Run as administrator
- Select yes on the UAC prompt
- Select Create DB
- Input the Database Server, SQL Username, and Password into the fields and select Update.
- Select Done
- Connect to the Database Server to verify the DataCollector Database was made.
Supervisor Workstation Configuration
- Open Manitou Supervisor Workstation
- Click on Maintenance – Setup – Configuration
- Click on the System – Edit
- Click on Applications under the correct server – Click on Add
- Add the Collector – Select 56 Collector – Enter Description – Then click OK
The customer can now add the following Compliance options to their dashboard.
