Unfortunately, server moves are not covered in our support contract and we charge $150.00 per hour during business hours and $300.00 per hour for after hours. We recommend letting us assist with the move to avoid common issues with moving our databases. Typically, it takes around four hours to complete, but this can vary based on database size. We would plan to do the migration in two steps. The first would not require any downtime. We would take backups of the database and restore them on the new server and install SedonaOffice and applications. Then you could test before we do a final move/cutover on a different day.
Did you review the server requirements (https://sedonaoffice.perennialsoftware.com/resources/reference-documents/system-requirements/)? Ensure that you install the default instance (MSSQLSERVER) of your current version of SQL Server or newer with mixed mode security and named pipes enabled. All management tools should be installed as well.
