If a customer reports issues with Inner/Inter office Messaging in versions 6.2.0.23 or beyond they must ensure they have used the flag to disable it.

A dealer reported many IO_Message related processes that blocked system access.
We resolved this issue by making these changes:
- Allowing I/O Messaging to be disabled by adding an exclamation point (!) to the SS_Setup_Modules table In_Process column. (Must use SQL Server to change this in the database.)
- Optimized the process that counts the number of current messages for the user so it will no longer cause lockups if I/O Messaging is used.
