Sedona Sync will allow Sync events to be delivered via SMS - Short Message Service. The following will add a third-party SMS provider to Sedona Sync for SMS delivery.
Steps to add an SMS provider to Sedona Sync:
- Customers must sign on with a third-party SMS provider like Twilio. https://www.twilio.com/login. It is recommended they research the third parties to confirm who will provide the best services.
- Once customers have signed up with the SMS provider they will use the following path to create the SMS account in Sedona Sync login to Sync>Admin>SMS accounts
- The SMS provider will provide two secret API codes to enter in the fields Account SID & Auth Token
This is all that is needed to activate an SMS provider to the Sync account. A customer can have multiple SMS providers.
