Configuring a SedonaOffice Company to use REVEAL
Overview
This document describes how a SedonaOffice server administrator can configure an entire SedonaOffice company to send GPS Tracking data to different GPS Tracking Service providers.
Requirements
- SedonaOffice 5.6.0.229 or greater.
- Access to SedonaOffice Server Tools, usually installed on the SedonaOffice server.
- SageQuest or REVEAL GPS Tracking integration.
Configuring a SedonaOffice Company to use REVEAL
On the SedonaOffice server, open the SedonaOffice Server Utilities found in the SedonaOffice Server Tools group in Program Files. Select GPS Tracking Service Setup as shown below and press the Open button.
Select the company to configure for integration, then click the Next button. Only configure the one production company whose activity you intend to track.
Select Reveal. Then press the Next button.
You are done when you see the “GPS Tracking Service Setup complete” message shown below. The SedonaOffice server is now configured to send all new work order data to REVEAL rather than SageQuest. Users must visit https://us.fleetmatics.com/ rather than https://mco2.sagehttps://mco2.sage-quest.com/quest.com to view work order data.
