ADI - Blackleaf - Q3 2025 - Deprecated

Development has confirmed that the items on ADIs end should be addressed as of 8/25/25. If you receive a call or inquiry from a SedonaOffice customer regarding ADI confirm their integration is configured properly and using the correct credentials. You can compare and supply the credentials listed in SalesForce to the customer. They are located in the Server Information Section of SalesForce.

If there are no credentials listed - the customer must receive their credentials from Blackleaf or ADI.

If the customer and or credentials are not listed, have the customer reach out to their ADI rep or ADI support directly EDIOperations@adiglobal.com with their ADI settings info so they can provide or create the new credentials as needed.

There are a number of steps that should be completed/validated if the customer is trying the integration since the issues were being worked on from ADI/Blackleaf/Bold Dev between May-Aug 2025. If the customer is on SedonaOffice 6.2.0.20 or older they will need these steps completed.

Preparation Step A -Confirm how many workstations(users) need the updated dll. You will work through the steps on one machine. The customers IT/MSP will be responsible for the dll file replacement on any additional workstations.

Preparation Step B -  Logout and close the SedonaOffice client on the desired workation.

Preparation Step C - Download the updated ADI Core dll file https://sedonaofficeupdates.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/ADI_Core_2025.zip AdiCore.dll-  Install the updated DLL file by replacing it on the workstation's SedonaOffice directory  C:\Program Files (x86)\Perennial Software\Sedona Office

Preparation Step D - Run the following two scripts on their production company databases that use the ADI integration

IN_ADI_ProductList 1.sql and BackupDeleteInvoiceData.sql

If there is no an error, and POs are sending -  determine if there is user process error comparing to KBs and document issues with screenshots and whether they are replicable in test in order to escalate the case for review in L2 or Triage Blackleaf, and ADI.
