AlarmBiller locks option can be enabled or disabled from Setup -> Preferences -> Locks:
AlarmBiller prevents multiple users from editing the same page at the same time. (Invoice, work order, etc.)
Locks occur if multiple people are editing the same page at the same time, locking the page in question to the first users who accessed it.
If a lock occurs, a notification will pop-up on the screen informing the second user that the page in question is locked by the first user who accessed it. Locks can be removed manually.
Note: Only Administrators can remove locks.
How to remove a lock or all locks at once
Locks can be managed/removed by accessing Setup -> Manage Locks (under Utilities)
