For the request of changing the bank account, you will have to contact Forte directly. Forte can be contacted by phone or their contact form on their webpage ( https://www.forte.net/contact-us/ ). Their numbers are 866-290-5400 and 866-296-6029. When you call Forte, please make sure you have your merchant ID available.
Note: Merchant ID is labeled in AlarmBiller as Location ID.
You can find this ID/number by going into Setup, then to the eCheck / Credit Card area under Utilities and you will see it in the merchant ID field (Location ID).
