Description of Issue:
If a user in SedonaOffice marked the Do not show this again box at the Print Preferences window, is there a way to get that to pop up again?
Resolution:
You can get your printing preferences back by going to Print Purchase Orders –Okay - Printing Preferences (second icon on left) – Uncheck the box. I have included this screenshot with the buttons highlighted.
Alternatively, it is controlled by a registry entry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Sedona Development Company\Client\Invoice Printer.
There is an entry HidePrefs. If set to True, the screen does not open.
Run Regedit
Navigate to the registry entry.
If it is set to True change the value to False.
Close SedonaOffice and log in again.
