AlarmBiller offers a convenient Autopay feature that enables both employees and customers to streamline the payment process for Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) invoices.
Ways of configuring Autopay
This feature can be configured in the following ways:
Employee Setup: Employees have the flexibility to establish Autopay on behalf of customers, with the option to schedule payments between the 1st and the 28th of each month.
Customer Setup: Customers can independently set up Autopay through the AlarmBiller customer portal. When configured via the portal, the Autopay date will automatically default to the 1st of the month.
What can Autopay be utilized for?
Autopay can be utilized exclusively with RMR (recurring) invoices.
