Integration Feature Highlights
Pushing AB Accounts to Stages
Through this integration, users have the ability to push AlarmBiller Accounts as brand-new accounts into Stages. First, users can select specific entities in AB, such as a site or a system, and push them into Stages, sites creating a brand new account and systems creating a new device on existing Stages sites. Users will also be able to push an AlarmBiller site along with all of the systems underneath it at the same time instead of pushing the site and all the systems underneath it individually.
Hierarchy Linking AB and Stages Accounts
Through this integration, users have the ability to link AlarmBiller Accounts to existing Stages Accounts. First, users can select specific entities in AB, such as a site or a system, and link them to existing Stages sites or devices. Users will also be able to link an AlarmBiller site along with all of the systems underneath it at the same time instead of linking the site and all the systems underneath it individually
Customer Wizard Push/Link
This feature will add fields to the customer wizard that allows users to push/link an AlarmBiller customer into/from Stages at the same time they are creating the new customer. To do this, we will add an integration flag to the wizard that will add Stages fields directly to the wizard, allowing users to enter all the necessary information in one area for Site, Device, Contacts, and Configurations.
Syncing AB and Stages Accounts
Manual Syncing - On the AlarmBiller side, this will give users the ability to compare data from AlarmBiller with SGS and determine if they want to push AlarmBiller information to SGS or pull information into AlarmBiller from SGS. This option will be available for all the entities that can be pushed/linked to Stages.
Full Account Sync - Users will have the ability to sync a full account all at once with the ability to utilize the data in AlarmBiller or Stages in one consolidated area instead of needing to sync individual entities one at a time
AlarmBiller AutoSync - There will be an autosync option on the AB side that, if enabled, will automatically push any changes made to pertinent fields on a linked account in AlarmBiller to SGS
Stages AutoSync - On the Stages side, we will be ensuring that if a linked entity is changed in Stages, the change is also made to the AlarmBiller account for pertinent fields
Contacts and Zones
We are adding a new area to linked AlarmBiller accounts where users can view the contacts and zones that exist on the linked Stages Account. This area will pull live Stages data and display it in AlarmBiller. Users will have the ability to add, edit, and remove contacts and zones directly from this area in AlarmBiller. The contacts and zones accessed here will be completely separate from the contacts and zones in AlarmBiller.
