If you are accessing the site in the latest version of IE, it probably just needs to be added to the compatibility view. This is quick and easy to do:
Navigate to the site, then click on the cogwheel (menu) and select Compatibility View settings:
Now all you should need to do is click Add and then close:
You may need to reload the page if it does not reload automatically.
