QW issues, check in registry for multiple installations. Remove extra installs and change to just the main install
Run nsetup, check medic path, check QW DB Setup in SedonaOffice, check for QW dll in QW directory
QW button not showing up and the above was checked: search the registry for qw.dll
Removing QW: just disable in license and make sure Tammy knows. Rest is not our product and/or has historical data
