Development - 1-5-2021: Fix for Stealth Viewer Runtime Error 35773 (v2.1.xx)

Description of Issue:

Getting runtime error when launching Stealth Viewer and History lookup values will not go past 12/31/2020
Runtime Error 35773 A Date was specified that does not fall within the MinDate MaxDate properties.

Fixes:

When doing history lookup in Stealth Viewer, max date that could be entered was set for 12/31/2020. Updated to now be 12/31/2099.

Apply Fix:

Copy new files into the stealth folder
