The Event Viewer utility is part of Windows. It provides additional information on errors. When you are troubleshooting an error and there is no error message occurring, you can open Event Viewer to see if Windows is encountering errors that it is not displaying.
First use the Windows search bar, looking for Event Viewer.
Once the Event Viewer loads, it will display any errors the system is encountering.
If any of these errors looks to be related to the issue, you can double click on them and get a more detailed explanation of the error.
