There are three essential steps to get everything working.
• XML Integration. This allows our Web Portal and devices to transmit Contact ID Alarm signals into Automation. Our Bridge hardware has the capability to be a transmitter on a customer account. This allows your monitoring center to audit actions in our monitoring portal and to have system supervisory information on accounts. See item 3 for a list of the custom alarm codes CHeKT can transmit.
• Action Pattern Setup: This portion is what automates an operator's connection to our video monitoring portal during an alarm. When an operator begins processing an alarm from the alarm panel, the action pattern will dynamically generate the proper URL and automatically open Google Chrome and present the cameras of that customer site to the operator.

• Contact ID Alarm Codes: You will need to add any of the CHeKT custom alarm codes to Automation. Our most up-to-date list can always be found at https://support.chekt.com/portal/kb/articles/chekt-contact-id-library.
