Truncated Error when creating a Manual Stock Adjustment
When creating a Manual Stock Adjustment for a Part and information is entered in the Memo section of the Adjustment that is over 50 characters, the user will receive an Error Message and the Adjustment does not save.
Inventory
Select the part that needs to have a manual Stock Adjustment.
Right-click on the correct Warehouse and select “Stock Adjustment”.
Enter the Adjustment Date, New Quantity, Account Code and Category. Enter a Memo that is less than 50 characters and Save.
A message will appear asking if you are ready to perform the Stock Adjustment with the numbers as entered. Select Yes.
The Stock Adjustment will be updated.
