Sedona Office FSU may have problems because the technician’s FSU data is not showing updated information.
- Uninstall and reinstall the FSU application.
- Toggle the Program Data Downloads. This can be found in the pictures below. The picture on the left shows how to access it from Settings. The picture on the right shows how to toggle from On (green) to Off (grayed out).
- Try both data and WiFi settings. This is where most of the issues start or get resolved.
