Sandbox may be deleted but not removed from SedonaMaster table.
Sandbox might be in Single User mode, potentially from the Sandbox refresh wizard in Sedona breaking because lack of full permissions to SQL server
If the Sandbox\DB was deleted and no longer needed:
Editing the SedonaMaster Company Table for a Removed Sandbox\Company Database
This step is needed in order to ensure any companies/sandboxes you have removed the databases for are no longer available for selection in the SedonaOffice dropdown upon login. [which can cause errors at the login screen]
**We recommend taking a backup of this table/db prior to editing**
- After taking your backup of SedonaMaster, launch?SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)?and connect to your SQL Server instance.
- Expand Databases?node > SedonaMaster?> Tables >Right Click on dbo.Company table select Edit Top 200
- Then Right Click on 1st square of the row of the Company/Sandbox you will or have removed and click yes on the confirmation prompt
