Canned Events vs Custom Events

It is important to understand the difference between the standard or “canned” events and “custom” events for SedonaSync when discussing fixing or modifying events:

  • Canned Events – SedonaSync includes several developed events out of the box. These events work in conjunction with Bold Group applications.
    • They are covered under the standard Support and Maintenance fees
      • Unless modified
    • Any issues with their ability to run should be reported to Support
  • Custom Events – Any SedonaSync event that was created from scratch or by modifying one of the Canned Events
    • Any issues with custom event performance should be addressed as a billable service by Services
