AlarmBiller provides users the ability to process credit card and eCheck payments through Forte (requires an account with Forte directly).
Please see the instructions below on how to disable the credentials if credit card or eCheck transactions are not being processed through the software any longer.
AlarmBiller does not have the option of simply disabling the Forte credentials, so the steps below will help accomplish it.
Forte credentials are stored and can be accessed by clicking Setup -> eCheck / Credit Card button underneath Utilities:
On the next screen, click the edit button (underneath the Action column) and edit the information to something not valid.
Because the credentials are not valid, the Forte checkout app will not open, and transactions cannot be processed anymore.
