Name changes in our products have created confusion for staff. Below is a description of what we mean internally when using each of these names, and how these products can be found in DevOps.

| SedonaOffice | SedonaOffice Accounting Software. |
| AlarmBiller | AlarmBiller Accounting Software. Also considered a part of SedonaOne. |
| Managely | Managely Accounting Software. |
| SedonaOne | The collective name for all the add on modules to the three products above. i.e. SalesAutomation, SedonaX Mobile, Eforms, and Time and Attendance. Because it is built in the same platform, development also includes AlarmBiller in this grouping. |
| SedonaAPI | The API that connects the base products to the SedonaOne modules. |
| SedonaWeb | The customer web portal for SedonaOffice and SedonaAPI users. Also sometimes referred to as SedonaWeb 2.0. |
| SedonaWeb Legacy/1.0 | The customer web portal for SedonaOffice customers who do not have SedonaAPI. This product was replaced by SedonaWeb 2.0. |
| SedonaCloud | Has 2 meanings. 1. How we refer to the environment of customers we host. 2.Developments collective name for SedonaAPI and SedonaWeb (2.0). |
| SedonaX | SedonaX is different than SedonaX Mobile. The original name for Managely was SedonaX. This is where SedonaX Mobile got its name. When Managely was renamed its name in DevOps could not be changed. DevOps is now the only place where you will see SedonaX used, and it refers to Managely. |
