Issue Description:
As part of the integration with SedonaOffice, it is possible to first create the account in Sedona, then begin the account creation process in Manitou but search and find that existing account in Sedona. Manitou will pull the account information over to prepopulate the Manitou account. In the OWS (VB client) only, this was not working in Manitou 2.1.20 and later due to the change in Address table for PSIM. There was no indication that this should have been affected but because of the VB structure, it was a problem.
Solution:
We changed the VB code models to make it able to handle not having these fields when pulling the SO account.
Apply Fix:
- Provide new OWS client to all affected workstations.
