In the Leads Listing View, you will see a black flag to the left of the lead if the lead has a ‘standard’ note.
If the lead has a ‘critical’ note, there will be an orange flag to the left of the lead.
If the lead has a ‘standard’ and a ‘critical’ note, the lead will display both orange and black flags.
- Log into a lead and add a ‘standard’ and/or a ‘critical’ note.
- Click on Leads and then Listing View
- In the search leads field, type in the name of the lead (ex. Rocky Balboa), and the flag(s) will be on display.
