A user with access to the API would need to login to SedonaWeb 2.0
Then go to Users
Then select Customer Users
Then find the user in the list and select either the option to Edit
Or Delete
If you delete the user, then the user account will be completely gone.
If you simply want to restrict the user from accessing the portal, then select the Edit option and toggle their Enable Login permission to Disabled by clicking on it.
Then save the change.
