Napco Virtual IP Receiver Interface
The default login credentials are admin/admin2020.
Receiver Config > Network Settings – this is where we assign the IP address to the Napco Virtual IP receiver
Receiver Config > Amend Settings – there are four settings we want to check:
From the Choose a setting to amend or view dropdown list select:
Automation.Format.Poll – this is the format of the heartbeat signal sent to Manitou
Automation.Format.Report – this is the format of the signal sent to Manitou, the selected value is for Contact ID
Automation.IP – this value is the IP address of the computer hosting the NAPCO Virtual IP receiver application. This value represents the Host IP address in the Manitou – Receiver record.
Automation.TCP.Port – this value represents the Port Number to be referenced in the Manitou – Receiver record.
NOTE: After making changes to any of these values you will need to click Restart Now on the Main Menu, this will reboot the computer running the Napco Virtual IP receiver application.
Manitou Automation Configuration
Supervisor Workstation > Maintenance > Setup > Receiver Type
We suggest creating a new Receiver Type record specifically for the Napco Virtual IP receiver, following are the recommended values:

Following is an example of the recommended settings for the Napco Virtual IP receiver
Notice the Host IP and Port Number match the values defined in the Napco VIP application.
