Error messages pop up from time to time in the software. Below are steps on how to fix the Error Updating pop-up when trying to save data in a customer setup.
Overview
The steps below assume the user has the correct permission and are only for the specific error message pop-up shown.
Steps:
- When the error message pops up, click on the OK button to clear the pop-up.
- Look at the Registration Code area in the Setup Information Tab. If blank, click on the Refresh Button.
- After the new code is shown, click on the Save button to save the changes.
