We need to make some changes to how you connect to the cloud to better protect your data. The changes will take about 45 minutes to complete. The only difference from your users’ point of view will be 4-digit port numbers at the end of the cloud portal, RDP (if used), and WebDAV (if used) URLs. Your IT may need to allow the below ports through your firewall if you're initially unable to access the site after the change. Otherwise it will look and feel the same as before. We would like to schedule this at your earliest convenience. We can do this during lunch or after hours to minimize downtime.

Your new WebDAV URL will be: http://ssdv.sedonaoffice.com:6648
Your new RDP URL will be: ssdv.sedonaoffice.com:6644
We are also looking to upgrade our server hardware and would like to schedule downtime to move your databases to our new server cluster. This can be done separately from the above network/routing security changes, but also will need to be scheduled. This is likely to involve at least 1-2 hours of downtime and can be arranged after hours.
