Pre-Install Checklist
- Manitou 1.61 path 29 or Greater, for 1.64 late patches, .net 4.5 or greater required
- Firewall open to 169.62.199.4 to access the PSAP service
Installation
- Update the license to include Location Server and Address Verification if using it.
- Run the LocationServer_Setup on the Server that you want to install the service.
- It will install itself into a new folder under the Manitou directory labeled Location Server
- Update the server with the Distributer Commander to get the latest updates
- Update the PSAP Authority in the Database
- Login to the Manitou Database
- Find the Drivers table and right click / edit the table
- Find the driver with the DCODE of 3 and change it to 7
- Change the DESCR to 'Intrado PSAP'
- change the FILENAME to 'LSProcessor_BoldPSAP.dll'
- Change Options to 'MaxDist$500|PCntry$1,USA|UserName$"accounting ID"|Password$BoldPsapServicePassword|EcrcName$PSAP Not Found Call ECRC|EcrcNumber$'
NOTE: If an ECRC number displays after the $, the number will also display to the Operator. IF no such number displays, no valid PSAP number was returned from Intrado.
- Set the Default PSAP Service
- Open Supervisor Workstation
- Navigate to Tools->Options
- Expand the Alarm Handling section of the tree
- Click on the Default PSAP Service
- Click on Edit
- Change the Dropdown to Intrado PSAP
- Now click Save
- Add Location Services to the Configuration
- In Supervisor Workstation go th Maintenance->Setup-Configuration
- Click on Edit
- Right click on Applications under the Server Location SErvices was installed on and click Add
- Choose App Type 45 Location Server and click OK
- Update the parameters as follows
- Param 1: -pt7701
- Param 2: -rt240
- Param 3: -mt20
- Param 4: -dc1
- Click on Save
- Start the Location Services via the MSM
Address Verification Installation
- Copy the DLL from Release Folder on fileserver02 from the correct version (current32)
- LSProcessor_AddressVerify.dll
- Place this DLL in the LocationServices Directory inside the Manitou folder
Testing Location Services
- Open Operator Workstation and Open a customer account
- In the Jump To menu select Details
- Click Edit and under the authorities section the badge will turn into a button
- Click the button and it will open the PSAP lookup box.
- If the fields populate it is working.
Testing Address Verification
- Open Operator Workstation and Open a customer account
- Click Edit and select the Address Update button
- The popup will show a Verify Address button on the bottom, click it
- If working the Address Verification will give up an updated Address
